Brian has been involved in independent school leadership for more than 30 years. For the past 28 years, he has been the athletic director at Rolling Hills Prep School in San Pedro. While at Rolling Hills Prep, he was a teacher, coach, advisor, and director of alumni affairs. Brian was awarded the Southern California Interscholastic Basketball Association Coach of the Year four times and the Palos Verdes Rotary Club Educator of the Year in 2013.

Under Brian’s leadership, Rolling Hills Prep won 75 league championships, over 100 playoff appearances, 16 CIF Championships, and 2 California State Championships in multiple sports. Before he arrived at Rolling Hills Prep, the school only fielded three varsity sports at the high school level, and now they have 15 varsity sports and six middle school sports.

Brian and his wife have three children and one grandson. In his free time, he loves to golf, travel in Mexico, and spend time with his french bulldogs, Napoleon and Josephine.
