Kevin Delin
Kevin Delin
Physics

Kevin Delin grew up in the wooded lands of New England. He later hung around MIT long enough to pick up four degrees, including a PhD, and write an internationally-recognized textbook on superconductivity. He’s worked in Silicon Valley and at NASA. He holds multiple patents on a technology originally meant to aid in the search for extraterrestrial life. His professional STEM work led directly to advising the government, including the Department of Defense and the EPA, on environmental protection. Kevin is also a professional writer and knows his way around Los Angeles theater as a participant. He can ride a horse and has scouted trails in Griffith Park, uses his Norton Simon Museum membership several times a month, and believes the point of education is to learn how to ask the questions no one else asks – and maybe even answer them.
