Jeff Halmos (he/him) is the CEO of Halmos Holdings, Inc., a privately held family office focusing on making direct investments in commercial real estate projects across the country. The firm manages a portfolio of wholly-owned properties as well as makes sponsor-led investments across various commercial real estate asset classes. Prior to joining the company, Jeff spent nearly 20 years in the fashion industry where he won several prestigious awards, including the CFDA Award for Emerging Menswear Design. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and has two children at Sequoyah’s K-8.
