Laurie brings a wonderful blend of warmth, organization, and purpose to her work as the assistant to Sequoyah’s head of school. With over a decade of experience in administrative roles and nonprofit leadership, she is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment for students, families, and staff alike.
Before joining Sequoyah, Laurie served as Associate Director of Mission Doctors Association, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit supporting physicians who deliver care in underserved communities around the world. That work deepened her commitment to service, compassion, and meaningful connection—values that align beautifully with our mission here.
