  Spanish

Born and raised in Madrid, Spain, in a multicultural family, Stephen attended the French Lycée, an experience that turned him into an avid reader of French authors.

After receiving a degree in Spanish Philology (UNED, Madrid), Stephen spent twelve years teaching at Groton School in Massachusetts. During that time, he completed a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Creative Writing at Dartmouth College. In his free time, Stephen can be found immersed in a good read, writing, playing Catan with his wife and friends or trying to find convincing answers to the myriad questions he gets from his inquisitive five-year-old son.
