Rebecca is thrilled to be at Sequoyah, a school deeply committed to challenging, nurturing, and celebrating each of our children in their full selves. Her career has been devoted to fostering growth through hands-on education in diverse and equitable learning environments, and she understands that the emotional intelligence of our children must be developed across their K-12 educational journey and beyond for them to thrive.

Rebecca has served as an educator, teacher trainer, equity facilitator, and curriculum developer at schools in the Bay Area and in New York City for the last two decades. Before that, she worked in higher education.

Building joyful cultures through community activities and conversations has been the driving motivation for her life.
