Dr. Stephanie White (she/her) is a board-certified family physician and senior academic leader dedicated to equity-centered, community-based medical education. As Associate Dean of Clinical Education at Western University of Health Sciences, she oversees clinical training for third- and fourth-year osteopathic medical students across diverse sites. With over a decade of experience in curriculum design and leadership, she promotes student-centered learning that integrates holistic care, social justice, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Dr. White co-leads her college’s DEI and Anti-Racism curriculum and directs the Health Justice and Equity Longitudinal Track, preparing future physicians to serve underserved communities. A committed community advocate, she has led major public health efforts—including a COVID-19 vaccination campaign—and serves on the board of the Physicians Aid Association. Dr. White earned her DO from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a BA from Oberlin College. She is an AAFP Fellow and award-winning educator recognized for her leadership and humanism in medicine.
