Daniel Yu comes to Sequoyah after teaching at St. Mary’s College of Maryland as a visiting assistant professor of English.
Kate has been teaching high school biology for 15 years, has taught environmental science and research, and has developed an elective course in marine biology and a summer field course called Human Ecology.
Before joining Sequoyah, John taught at New York City’s Trinity School, Flintridge Preparatory School, and Harvard-Westlake. He treats his students with respect and strives to help them develop their maximum potential.
Mason has dedicated nearly half of his fourteen-year career to uplifting the values of progressive education and is energized by the intellectual curiosity of teenagers.
Hannah Karmin joins the high school humanities department and is very excited to read, think, and explore with the students at Sequoyah School next year.
Sam Ford earned their Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and Master of Science degree in computational data sciences from Chapman University.
